We have a diverse platform for our customers to pay for their orders with ease and security. This includes pre and post payment methods.

Following are the different modes of payments that we offer:

Why to pay in advance?

We highly recommend our pre-payment methods to avoid delay in your orders. Once the payment is made, your order is confirmed and will be shipped on priority.

Hot selling products are found by luck. If you are lucky in finding it, don’t let the others snatch it from you. Your items will be reserved for you and you won’t need to rush for them.

For COD, the courier companies’ policy to provide safe and secure services to its customers, both shipper and consignee includes, when a customer is not able to receive their consignment with in a specific time span, the package is returned to the sender. This troubles the customer and waste his/her precious time.

You are not bound anymore to be wait for your order to arrive. You can get it delivered to your family, friends, partners, work team and anywhere without being worried about the payment of your order.

To avoid such delays, we propose easy and convenient ways of pre-payment to our customers.

What’s the security of my payment?

From the time your payment is received, it becomes obligatory for us to secure it. Our team make sure that your parcel is delivered or handed over to you as soon as possible. We take responsibility of your payment until your order is delivered to you. In case, if you haven’t received your parcel or if the product isn’t in accord with the description, your payment will be returned to you immediately.

How to pay online?

For online payment, make the transaction in any of the above accounts and send your receipt or payment proof to our WhatsApp number 0321-2572003 / 0301-8118949 along with your order number. We’ll inform you once the payment is received. Your order will be dispatched shortly after confirmation of your payment.

Note:

The order with advance payment will not be dispatched until the payment is received.

1.1 Payment Policy:

AutomationControls (“AutomationControls”), “We”, “Our” or “Us”) offers various payment options for our customers’ convenience. This payment policy outlines the payment methods we accept, how payments are processed, and other important information related to payments.

 

1.2 Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods: (i) Bank Transfer, (ii) Cash on Delivery (All Pakistan) (iii) Payment at Pickup Store (Only for Lahore) & (iv)Important Note: All payments are made in Pak Rupee PKR Only.

 

1.2.1 Cash on Delivery:

(i) Cash on Delivery is applicable to all Products that are less than or equal to Rs. 20,000/-. (ii) For Orders Below Rs. 20,000/-, 10% of Advance Payment of the Total Order Value is required. (iii) For orders exceeding Rs. 20,000/-, our sales team will contact you directly to facilitate the necessary advance payment and finalize your order confirmation. (iv) Delivery charges will be applied according to the Delivery Policy, (v) COD is not applicable on Heavy Shipments such as Solar Panels, Inverters, Batteries or Similar. (vi) A service fee of 5% of the total amount will be applied to all transactions using COD Payment Method.

 

1.3 Secure Payment Process:

 All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or other payment information on our servers. If your payment is declined, we will contact you to let you know and give you the opportunity to try again with a different payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect may be fraudulent or unauthorized. If we cancel your order, we will refund your payment in full.

 

1.4 Bank Service Charges:

 Any charges incurred by your bank in relation to payment processing, including but not limited to transaction fees or currency conversion charges, are the responsibility of the customer. AutomationControls is not liable for any bank fees or charges applied during payment transactions. (i) A service fee of 2.3% of the total amount will be applied to all transactions paid using a Debit/Credit card. This fee is charged by the payment processing service and is non-refundable.

 

 1.5 Order Confirmation:

Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an order confirmation email or a whatsapp text message with your order details or contact you by phone call for-order confirmation. Also, if there are any issues with your order or payment, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. All orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 Business Days after the confirmation of order.

1.6 Cancellation & Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@automationcontrols.com.pk / sales@automationcontrols.com.pk along with order details. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to place a refund request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy to qualify for refund.
