Delivery Policy
Shipping & Delivery:
Estimated local delivery time for (Lahore) is 24 hours; if order is placed before 03:00 PM (PST) and local delivery is available to the address then order will be delivered the same day. Delivery time can vary in unfavorable conditions. The charges for local delivery are variable accordance to the distance but you will be informed before delivery.
Urgent delivery will only be processed on advance online payment and delivered by local delivery apps such as, Bykea, Careem and Indrive. The charges that will apply has to be paid at the time of delivery by the customer. Please, select the right option at checkout for delivery.
Delivery via TCS and M&P Couriers may take 1 – 3 working days as per courier service provided time. To remote areas, the delivery time may vary. Order placed before 3:00 PM (PST) will ship the same day otherwise it will ship on the next working day. Additional charges may apply on priority orders, arrive in 24 hours. Order placed late on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Fixed delivery charges are applicable for orders weigh less than 1kg. The charges may vary with increase in weight and size of the package. Variable charges will apply to different zones.
Company will not be held responsible for order being delivered late by courier. Kindly contact your courier in time to avoid inconvenience. For tracking number of your order, contact us.
Returned orders will only be reprocessed if the order amount is paid in advance. Please read the below sections for more details.

Introduction:
AutomationControls (“AutomationControls”, “We”, “Our” or
“Us”) is committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable delivery
for their orders. This deliver policy outlines our delivery methods, delivery
times, and other important information related to our delivery process.
1.2
Delivery Methods, Time & Charges:
We offer several delivery options to our customers within
Pakistan: (i) Delivery via 3 Party Courier & Logistic Service Companies (i.e.,
Leopards, TCS, M&P, Local
Logistic Partners, Daewoo, Asia Cargo or Similar etc.), (ii) Local Store Pickup
(Only for Lahore). All the Delivery options will be displayed at Checkout
Process. The availability, time & charges of these Delivery options may
vary depending on the item(s) in your order and your shipping destination.
1.2.1 Delivery
Through Courier & Logistic Companies:
(i) For All Pakistan excluding Lahore, shipping charges
Rs. 300/- will be applied for all the orders below 2kg, (ii) For Lahore,
shipping charges Rs. 200/- will be applied for all the orders below 2kg &
total order value less than Rs. 3000/-. (iii) For the orders above 2kg, HEAVY
SHIPMENT charges will be applied, (iv) Delivery time will be from 2 to 7
Working days depending on the location, (v) All the orders before 3 PM will be
processed the same day (Monday till Saturday), (vi) Special Delivery conditions
can be mentioned in comments while checking out. Our team will coordinate
accordingly.
1.2.2 Local
Store Pickup:
(i) The local store pickup facility is only for Lahore,
(ii) Local Store pickup can be done the next day of the Order placed, but the
order must be placed before 3 PM to be ready to pick up the next day, (iii)
There are no extra charges for this service, (iv) Timings for order pick up is
10:00 AM till 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). For Friday, timings are from 10:00
AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, (v) Local pickup service is not available
on Sunday.
1.3 Exclusion
of Liability for Third-Party Couriers and Logistics Providers:
All shipments are completed through third-party logistics
and courier services. While we partner with reputable carriers, we are not
liable for any delays, damage, or issues that may occur once the shipment departs
from our Stores locations. In the event of delivery delays, loss, or damage
caused by the courier or logistics provider, we will support you in
communicating with the respective carriers. However, the responsibility for
addressing and resolving such matters lies with the third-party courier, and we
disclaim any liability for such occurrences.
1.4
Order Processing:
We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within
one to two business days. Once your order has been processed and confirmed via
Telephonic Conversation or WhatsApp message, we will send you a confirmation
email or text message with your order details and shipping information. If
there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you as soon as
possible to let you know. Delivery Time is calculated from the day order is
dispatched from our Stores location.
1.5 International
Shipping:
We currently only offer international shipping to limited
countries. If you do not see your country listed as a shipping option during checkout,

Customs and Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs and duties
fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in
the shipping fees charged by AutomationControls. We recommend that you contact
your local customs office for more information on Custom Duties, Taxes, or any
other similar charges for clearance of goods.
1.7 Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you
with a tracking number or a link to track your package. You can track your
order anytime once it is dispatched on our given link or by Tracking number
